Holly Inniss
RSW, MSW
Holly is a registered Social Worker with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master's Degree in Social Work. Prior to becoming a therapist, Holly attended UNBSJ where she received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology. After completing the STU Bachelor of Social Work program she went on to work as a registered social worker in both child welfare and addiction and mental health.
With over 15 years of front line experience, Holly brings with her knowledge in assessment, crisis intervention, and mental health and addiction care. She uses a trauma-informed person-centered approach in getting to know clients and their strengths. Areas of practice include individual therapy with adults, youth, and children to address anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. Holly enjoys using a cognitive behavioural therapy approach while recognizing the importance of empowering clients to embrace their own strengths and navigate challenges with greater self-awareness.
