Cecil Kerfont holds a Masters of Education degree from the University of New Brunswick. Cecil has a wealth of expertise and uses various modalities including Person-centered and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. Over the 15 years of his career at Family Plus, he has developed a specialty working with couples and families in addition to helping people better manage anxiety and depression. Cecil has a natural ability to connect and empathize with people and he practices from a mindset “first seek to understand before being understood”. When asked what he loves most about working at Family Plus, Cecil says, “Family Plus is a place where I can practice and provide service to clients regardless of their financial circumstance”.
