  • www.teamheroes.ca – this is a new fun anti-bullying web site specifically for kids. By playing an interactive online game with the S-Team Heroes, kids learn helpful tips for dealing with bullies in an appropriate manner.

  • www.alcoholismHELP.com - A page for recovering alcoholics or people who realize they have a problem and want to change.

Sexuality

  • www.sexualityandu.ca - developed by the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (S0GC), one of North America's oldest national organizations that promote women's health. Comprehensive site on contraception, safe sex practices and sexual well-being, the site addresses each user's individual needs. A parent can learn how to introduce sex into conversation with her child, a teacher can find lesson plans; a teen can find tips on how to ask partner about contraception; and a health professional can learn the importance of discussing sexual dysfunction with male and female patients.

Safety

  • www.carsp.ca - the Canadian Association of Road Safety Professionals is the host of the official web site for the Canadian Multidisciplinary Road Safety Conference. The association was formed in 1985 in order to: encourage the sharing of professional experience; facilitate communication and cooperation among road safety groups and agencies; promote research and professional development; and provide an influential voice for road safety professionals with which to communicate knowledge-based opinions to policy-makers.
