Women’s Survivor Support Group
The Women Survivors Support Group (WSG): A Support Group for Adult Women Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse and/or Sexual Assault is a 10-week closed, support group. The Support Group provides a safe and supportive environment for adult women survivors to begin to address the impacts of sexual violence on their lives and relationships and move towards a healthy and fulfilling future.A group for adult women survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse and/or Sexual Assault

Men’s Survivor Support Group
A Support Group for Adult Male Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse is a 10-week closed, psycho-educational support group. The group will provide a safe and supportive environment for adult male survivors to begin to address the impacts of childhood sexual abuse through skill-building activities and therapeutic support rooted in an approach that addresses men’s unique experiences. Group meetings will focus on the following topics: understanding impacts of male childhood sexual abuse; addressing crisis and establishing safety; shame; anger and rage; relationships; sexuality and intimate relationships; depression, anxiety and addictions; grief, and moving forward. This group aims to reduce men’s isolation by providing opportunities for learning through supporting and witnessing the struggles and growth of peers; to help men in recognizing and normalizing the impacts of childhood sexual abuse; and to help men develop healthier coping strategies and support networks.A group for Adult Male Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse

HOPE - Healing and Overcoming Through Personal Empowerment
Groups for Children and Non-offending Parents of all ages who have been affected by Sexual Abuse
Group treatment and Counselling families when a child/teen has experienced sexual abuse will provide positive reconstruction of the family since the trauma. To instill HOPE in the victim and family members so they ALL can move past and beyond the abuse.
HOPE groups aim to instill HOPE in the child/teen that has experienced sexual abuse or exploitation. A group treatment setting allows children to recognize that he/she is not alone and that there is HOPE that he/she can move beyond the abuse.

Focus on the Children - Co-parenting after Separation/Divorce
The focus of this program is to assist separated/divorced parents cope with their anger and pain while minimizing the negative impact of divorce on their children. The 6 week program explores the issues associated with separation/divorce through group format that incorporates skill development, group discussion, parent interaction and application.
